After breakfast, visit to Mandalay Royal Palace and then proceed to Amurapura .Visit Mahagandayon Monastery, a famous Buddhist monastery where more than a thousand monks live and study Buddhist literature.

Then, proceed sightseeing to the former royal capital of Inwa (Ava), reached by a short boat trip. Visits by horse-drawn carriage include Nanmyint Watch Tower, the remains of a palace building nicknamed “leaning tower of Ava”, Mahaaungmye Bonzan Monastery (built of bricks and stucco) and Bargayar Monastery, famous for its impressive ornate woodcarvings and teak posts. We will have our lunch near Innwa at Local restaurant.After Lunch drive to Sagaing Hills over Ava Bridge across the Ayeyarwaddy River.

Sagaing, once an ancient capital, lies 21 km south west of Mandalay, besides the Ayeyarwaddy River. Sagaing Hills are dotted with pagodas and there are over 500 monasteries and meditation centers, a retreat for 6000 monks and nuns.

Visit U Min Thonese Pagoda and sunset at Soon U Ponya Shin Pagoda,. And then drive back to Mandalay.
