Details Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrival Yangon Sightseeing

Arrive at Yangon International Airport, pick up by our company representative. After check in hotel go for sightseeing to the downtown area then, we visit over 2000-years old Sule pagoda and enjoy photographing for a panoramic view of city. Proceed to Mahabandoola Park with Independent Monument ~ have a memorable scene of colonial building ,historical Botahtaung pagoda you will see the Yangon Raiver view.Enjoy lunch at Restaurant. Afternoon, we proceed to the biggest Chaukhtetgyi reclining Buddha statue-72 meters long huge colossal image and Ngahtetgyi sitting Buddha image after that Kabar Aye (World Peace)Pagoda, Maha Pasana Cave and Shwe Taw Myat (Buddha Tooth Relic Pagoda) .In the evening we go to the Kandawgyi Lake for photo taking and sunset at Shwedagon Pagoda, over 2500-years-old gigantic golden stupa in Yangon. It is the holiest place of the Buddhist people and land mark of the country then transfer back to hotel. ( Overnight hotel in Yangon )

Day 2 : Bago - Kyaikhtiyoe ( Golden Rock Pagoda )

In the morning, we visit to Bago on this day tour highlights are many Mon ancient monuments in Bago. which is 80km from Yangon 2 hours driving .While arrive to Bago, first visit to the Kyikepun four faces Pagoda images, Mon weaving villages, Kyatkhatwine Buddhist monastery, Shwetharlyaung reclining Buddha image, also visit Mahazedi Pagoda and Shwemawdaw pagoda the highest stupa which dominated the town we will have our lunch on the way to Kinpun base camp and leave our private car in the truck station at the first based camp. And then, proceed to upper camp by taking a public open truck for 45 minutes driving along the hair-pin-bens road among the forests mountains .After taking a short rest at hotel, we visit to the attractive places around Kyaikhtiyoe area such as Mok-So-Taung, crow mouth cave etc. Enjoy the sunset time on the hill overlooking the panoramic view over Sittaung river valley, green forest and beautiful mountain ranges.We have our Dinner at local Restaurant .After dinner, we visit Golden Rock Pagoda on the summit of the hazy blue mountain. It is famous for its magical point between gigantic boulder and high steep rock. .It has stood on the edge of the steep rock hill for over 2500 years. Overnight in Kyaikhtiyo

Day 3 : Kyaikhtiyoe ( Golden Rock Pagoda ) - Bago – Yangon - Mandalay

Early morning, we visit to the other attractive places around Golden Rock Pagoda and go down to the ground ( Base-camp) by truck to our Car. Then drive back to Bago .After lunch, we visit olden Kanbawzathardi Palace of King Bayintnaung and Hinthargone hill, which is the highest place of the region and sources of Bago and way back to Yangon. In return beside the road go to the British War Cemetery near Htauk Kyant. After dinner transfer to Yangon Bus station to go to Mandalay . Overnight in Bus.

Day 4 : Amurapura – Sagaing - Ava

Early morning, Arrive Mandalay Bus station where your guide will meet and welcome you. Early check in and free time for relaxation.After breakfast Visit Mahamuni Buddha Image then process to Mahagandayon Monastery, a famous Buddhist monastery where more than a thousand monks live and study Buddhist literature. Then, proceed sightseeing to the former royal capital of Inwa (Ava), reached by a short boat trip. Visits by horse-drawn carriage include Nanmyint Watch Tower, the remains of a palace building nicknamed “leaning tower of Ava”, Mahaaungmye Bonzan Monastery (built of bricks and stucco) and Bargayar Monastery, famous for its impressive ornate woodcarvings and teak posts. We will have our lunch near Innwa at Local restaurant. After Lunch drive to Sagaing Hills over Ava Bridge across the Ayeyarwaddy River. Sagaing, once an ancient capital, lies 21 km south west of Mandalay, besides the Ayeyarwaddy River. Sagaing Hills are dotted with pagodas and there are over 500 monasteries and meditation centers, a retreat for 6000 monks and nuns. Visit U Min Thonese Pagoda and sunset at Soon U Ponya Shin Pagoda a traditional silk weaving workshop and Kalaga Tapestry workshop. Enjoy the beautiful sunset at 1.2 km-long U Bein Wooden Bridge built in 1782 at the time when Amarapura was the royal capital. Then transfer to hotel. Lunch and Dinner at decent restaurant. Overnight hotel in Mandalay.

Day 5 : River Cruise Mingun – Mandalay (B)

After breakfast, boat excursion (one hour each way) up the Ayeyarwaddy river to Mingun,boat trip is a very pleasant way to see the life a long the river. Tour highlights include: the world’s largest intact bronze bell, 3.7 meters high and weighting 90 tons – the largest uncracked ringing bell in the world. Also visit the huge but unfinished Mingun paya (built with the intention of being the world’s biggest pagoda) and the beautiful Hsinbyume paya, Settawya Pagoda, Myatheindan Pagoda with seven concentric terraces at the base. Then return to Mandalay. After lunch, sightseeing Mandalay to visit Shwe Nan Daw Kyaung ( Golden Palace Monastery), a superb example of a traditional wooden building, and Kuthodaw Pagoda (known as the world’s largest book), consisting of 729 marble slabs engraved with Buddhist scriptures. Sunset at Mandalay Hill , a vantage point for panoramic view of the city . After that transfer to train station to go Bagan. Overnight in Train.

Day 6 : Arrival Bagan and sightseeing

Arrival when you arrive to Mandalay Train station where your guide will meet and welcome you. Then transfer to Hotel. Early check in and free time for relaxation. Excursion by car start with Shwezigone Pagoda- built in 1087 by King Anawratha who is the founder of the first Myanmar Empire.Nat ( Sprits ) images can be found within its precincts.Then observe the most venerated Ananda temple, built in 1090. It is the masterpiece of the early style temple architecture of Bagan error. Next must stop see is 66 meters high Thatbyitnnyu temple built in the middle of the 12th century as the highest pagoda on Bagan Plain. Then study 12th century mural painting inside the Gubyaukgyi temple, built in 1113 by princess Rajakumar. After that, visit a local family workshop to watch about the production process of lacquer ware, one of Myanmar's best-known handicrafts. Evening highlights are Manuhar pagoda - built by king Manuhar, probably to portray his life as a POW ( Prisoner Of War ); unfinished Dhamagyi temple - Bagan’s most massive temple built in 1167 AD. Finally, breathtaking sunset from Shwesandaw Pagoda - most popular sunset-viewing spots in Bagan.Lunch and Dinner at decent restaurant. Overnight hotel in Bagan.

Day 7 :  Bagan Full Day Sightseeing

This day after breakfast sightseeing around Bagan by horse cart. Highlight for today: Lawkhananda Pagoda - look over Ayeyarwaddy river from acliff top; Bu Paya-pagoda with bulbous dome resembling the ‘ Bu’ or gourd; Dhama Yazaka Zedi – located in Pwasaw village & built in 1196 AD; Nagayon pagoda - a very elegant form with a standing stucco image of Buddha under the hood of a huge naga ( serpent ); Kyansit-tha Umin- where you can see murals painting from the 13th century; Ananda Okkyaung-a brick monastery with 18th century mural paintings; Nathlaung Kyaung - the only remaining Hindu temple in Bagan; Than day Kyar - Buddha Image built with solid sand stones in 13th century; Sulamani Temple - a red brick temple features delicate masonry work; Lawka Teikpan pagoda - quick small in size is of considerable importance owing to fine frescoes and ink inscriptions dated 12 century; Htilominlo Temple - known for its elaborate plaster moldings dated 1211 AD; Nan Paya - ne of the two sand stone temples in Bagan. Finally, breathtaking sunset from Pyat Thet Gyi temple. Lunch and Dinner at decent restaurant. then transfer to high way Bus station to Yangon. Overnight on the bus.

Day 8 : Yangon Departure

Arrive in Yangon Bus station, meet and welcome by your guide. Then transfer to the restaurant to take the breakfast. After breakfast transfer to Yangon international airport for departure.
